Cabot, a co-op brand owned by over 1000 farming families throughout New York and New England, approached us to increase sales and drive a deeper level of engagement across all Big Y stores in Connecticut.

Creative

Within a month our team was able to identify a cost effective merchandising solution that enabled us to drive volume and velocity, foster deeper levels of engagement within the retail space, and drive new points of distribution for the portfolio.

Evaluation

Extended distribution and strengthened key accounts, breaking into an additional 50+ retail locations across the US.
